Abstract

Basic equations of the first degree derivatives are suggested to describe biological processes in terms of biological potentials. The level of system organization is considered as a general function of macrocondition. The author introduce extensive and intensive potentials that reflect entropy, volume, , number, average mass, flows, growth, value, temperature and pressure in their generalized meanings. Correspondence of empirical biological correlations to the basic equation of biopotentials is shown. New correlations between population number, population pressure and summarized biomass of community are introduced. Principle of optimum and specificity for macrodynamic systems is formulated. The author suggests a criteria of vitality for different structural and dynamic situations and demonstrates different possibilities of its application for analysis of ecological systems.
